Base on Kaizen activity, we are able to provide cost saving in transportation instead of bringing processed parts, we are providing sub-assembly service on site.


External Logistics Management

We look to accomplish our customers' targets by providing a high quality supply chain door to door service, optimizing the processes, routing materials and returns in the right time, through the correct path, at the lower cost possible and with safety.


Conveyance & Logistics

Process to do the dock door to line-side material handing activities, including dock, stores and picking process, dock door load and unloading studies, internal delivery route, drive-pat and manpower planning, internal route frequency, flow-rack capacity and internal part lead-time analysis.
